What this site is

These pages describe Talaan, an HR and payroll system published by Tekhx. They are written to help somebody decide whether to talk to us. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a contract.

What the descriptions mean

Every capability described here is something the system does at the date shown at the top of this page. Software changes: a feature may be improved, renamed or, occasionally, withdrawn. If a specific behaviour matters to your decision, ask us in writing and we will confirm it in writing.

The payroll figures shown on the home page are illustrative. They demonstrate the shape of a computation, not a rate card, a statutory table or advice about what any particular employee should be paid.

Not professional advice

Statements on this site about the Labor Code, PD 851, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG or BIR withholding are a plain description of what the software computes. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and they do not replace your own compliance obligations as an employer. Rules and contribution tables change, and an employer remains responsible for what it files and remits.

Using these pages

You may read, link to, quote and share anything here. The text, the design and the Talaan name remain Tekhx’s. Do not present this site or its content as your own, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems serving it.

Where this site links elsewhere, that site is not ours to control and these terms stop at the link.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, and we are not liable for loss arising from it being unavailable or from a decision made on the strength of a page rather than on a written confirmation from us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
